Fifteen years ago, my sister and I never dreamed we’d be running a “business”. Our children finally hit school age and we suddenly found ourselves with all this extra time on our hands! About that same time, we had some friends that needed some assistance with bookkeeping. We helped them out and then one referral led to the next. We started to outgrow the little room in my house and moved into the basement. Fourteen years, a college degree, 45 clients, and two part-time employees later, my husband pointed out – you’re a real CT accounting and payroll business! Time to move out of the house. We are now located on 180 Flanders Rd in East Lyme, CT and have grown yet again by adding a full-time employee to our staff. Although we have grown and expanded, we strive to maintain our small time feel by putting our customers first, offering a variety of services to help our clients grow and creating a relationship of trust so our clients feel comfortable about putting such a vital piece of their business in our hands. We are backed by many years of experience and are proud that most of our new clients still come to us as referrals from our existing clientele.
